The goal is to follow this blog as best as possible until the big day.
Rules/Concepts:
- Workout within your limits: If you are too sore to lift consecutive days, then take a day off. This is not intended to wreck your entire body! We just want to look good.
- Make sure to pose in front of every mirror you encounter. Selfie's are +10 points.
- If you miss a workout, use the Rest days to make them up.
- Remain active in day-to-day life, but remember this will count towards your body's daily stress accumulation. If you have a very active day outside the gym, don't expect to be as powerful inside the gym. Base your effort on how you feel that day and not what you were able to do in the past.
- If you don't understand an exercise, first try to figure it out using YouTube. If you can't get it, text/email me or make up something that looks cool!
